Group fitness classes are 1 hour in duration. Please arrive at your class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you are well warmed up prior to beginning your class.
Bring with you a towel and water bottle.
Group Training - Involves a mix of weight training, cardio circuits, boxing & kicking, tabata interval training and much much more. If you want huge variety then try a Redline group training class.
Mothers Group - Is a chance for mums of school aged kids to drop their kids at school, bring their younger ones along, and train hard in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Tradies Training - All weights based training, suitable for anyone who wants to improve their strength, size, or power.
